All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order confirmation.
Custom or personalised orders may take slightly longer — please allow 7 business days for processing.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship nationwide using reliable courier services.
Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days
Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location
All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Urgent Orders
Need it in a hurry? Contact us at info@loved.nz or 0220166486 before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests or same-day dispatch (fees may apply).
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within New Zealand. If you're overseas and would like to send a gift to someone in NZ, you're welcome to place an order with a New Zealand delivery address.
Delivery Instructions
If you have any specific delivery instructions (e.g., "leave at the front door" or "do not knock – surprise gift"), please add them at checkout. We'll do our best to pass these along to the courier, but delivery requests are not guaranteed.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend it at your cost. Refunds are not available for unclaimed or undeliverable packages due to address errors provided at checkout.
