Due to the custom and perishable nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after placing an order. If you need an item to be amended please send an email within 3 hours of checkout.
In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.To be eligible:You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.Provide a clear description and photo evidence of the fault or damage.Items must be returned in original packaging (where possible).
If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used beauty/personal care items.
Edible products (chocolates, snacks, drinks, etc.)
Custom or personalised items (e.g. boxes with names, dates, or custom messages)
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
